Expert coaching and mentorship, specific to age and skill level, with a 3 part (rotating) format.
Solo/Team Skills Focus on ball skills and body mechanics, with a specific daily topic. Challenging and fun activities that provide opportunities to improve/perfect the daily topic and apply it to game like situations.
Solo Games Participants play multiple games (on random teams) while accumulating individual points. No drills. Just fun games with friendly competition (and prizes).
Team Games Participants play multiple games (on assigned teams) while accumulating team points. Fun games that provide opportunities to develop a more competitive mindset, better understand team concepts and win prizes.
Ball skill topics (general or position specific) include dribbling, passing, receiving and finishing. Fitness topics (w/ and w/out the ball) include speed, strength, quickness, endurance, balance, agility and flexibility.
